Information you share by phone

Calls may be recorded and analyzed for routing, service quality and lead qualification. Your phone number, location, description of the damage and call details may be shared with call-routing services, referral partners and independent restoration providers to connect you with service. Providers have their own privacy practices.

Information this website handles

This site does not use accounts, contact forms or comment systems. If you arrive through an advertising link, limited campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign and utm_content, each truncated to 120 characters) may be kept in your browser's session storage so we can understand which campaigns lead to calls. This storage clears when your browsing session ends. When you tap a call link, the site records a call intent event with the page's city and ZIP code; a tap is not a completed call. The site may also load a privacy focused analytics script that measures aggregate page usage.

We use the OpenAI advertising pixel to measure call-button clicks and understand which ads lead to those actions. It uses an ad click identifier and a first-party cookie to connect website actions to ads, and sends measurement information to OpenAI. A button click is not a completed call or a purchase. Referrals and compensation
